In the past year, we’ve experienced aggressive growth at Inner Spark. Now we’re looking to hire a full-time Account Coordinator to help us maintain excellent customer care as we continue to grow. This will be a full time salaried position. The position will include a range of responsibilities focusing on writing, client communication, public relations, and social media.
This person is responsible for regular contact between the agency and client accounts. The account coordinator has major input in developing strategic marketing plans for their clients. After plans are developed and presented to clients, the account coordinator is responsible for helping the client carry out their marketing plan.
The account coordinator is also responsible for gaining new business from existing clients. They are not a salesperson; they are a service person and will not be asked to cold canvas for new business. This position has additional duties beyond account management. The account coordinator plans and directs public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for clients and/or the agency. They will also assist an managing social media for the agency and our clients.
This is an entry level position with a starting salary range of $30,000 - $33,000 plus bonuses.
